They were on-time and got the job done in a timely manner. I had significant mold as well as mouse droppings in my basement/crawl space. They removed all of the insulation, thoroughly cleaned items that I wanted to keep, and sanitized the entire area. Kyle answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the remediation. His prices are reasonable, too, and because they did such a fantastic job, I have already scheduled them to come back next month to work on another project!

They responded quickly, set up a consultation, arrived on time, provided a clear description of the plan to get rid of the mold, and gave a very reasonable quote. I followed up to schedule the work and they showed up on time and took care of it in one day. They also explained steps I could take so it would not grow back. I highly recommend Mold Bros. Mold Bros did a great job cleaning the mold in our attic that was caused by a lack of ventilation. They took out all the old insulation and cleaned the attic well. They did a fantastic job at letting us know how to fix the lack of ventilation in order to never have to deal with mold again. Kyle was great about answering my TONS of questions and was very good about getting back to me quickly. The price was reasonable as well.

I am a real estate broker and several months ago I connected Mold Bros with a client of mine who needed some mold remediation done prior to a closing. Kyle was extremely responsive (came out to meet with us within 24 hours of my initial call) and got an estimate back to us promptly. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. I have worked with other mold professionals in the past and had very mixed experiences.
